You will be assigned to be a part of Justin Allen’s Finance & Accounting Team assisting in company accounting and financial practices. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of accurate records.

You should possess a strong sense of responsibility and accountability to your work. Attention to detail is mandatory. Responsibilities
Manage supplier payables and schedule regular, on-time payments
Review payment applications and supporting document such as invoices, contracts, receipts, etc.
Complete financial AP reports and review with management for approval
E-bank management: order creation, coordination, communication, and follow up of e-bank payments
Effectively communicate payment results to relevant parties and update AP reports in a timely manner
Prepare and process vouchers; maintain accurate account balances
Complete other tasks assigned by your manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 1 year experience in finance and/or accounting
Strong financial processing and accounting skills
Experience in the execution of payment processes
Ability to forecast and upkeep financial risk control points
Proficiency in UF financial software
Ability to work under pressure
Effective communication skills and team player
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility to get the job done
CET-4 or above. Oral and written English proficiency
HSK-5 or above. Oral and written Chinese proficiency
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
