Human Resources

You will be assigned to be a part of Justin Allen's Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness Team focusing on managing employee recruitment, new hire training, and ensuring that our company culture shines in today’s marketplace.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and their happiness. Organization, communication skills, and attention to detail are all very important skills required for this job. You must be curious to learn and have the drive and ambition to constantly challenge yourself for development. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think analytically, logically, and most importantly, broadly. 

 

You will be required to learn fast about the fashion/textile manufacturing industry and understand talent requirements from each department. Previous experience in our industry is a plus!  If you think you have what it takes, we are excited to have you join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Scouting and recruitment of top talent

  • Manage online recruitment platforms

  • Manage interview and recruitment logistics

  • Accurate and on-time maintenance of recruitment and department records

  • Complete recruitment performance analysis and summary reports

  • Conduct onboarding orientations and development-focused training sessions for team members

  • Ideation and implementation of fun, culture-enhancing events

  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by your manager

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in psychology, human resources or related fields

  • 2-3 years experience in human resources

  • Desire to learn and progress in human resources

  • Passionate about people

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Quality presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • CET-4 or above.  Oral and written English proficiency

  • HSK-5 or above. Oral and written Chinese proficiency
