You will be assigned to be a part of Justin Allen’s Operation Team focusing on project site inspection, fabric and trim inspection, garment quality control and other work.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and responsible. Effective communication skills and attention to detail are important requirements for this job. You must be experienced with garment quality control systems and possess effective stress management skills.  Flexibility for frequent travel is a must.  If you think you have what it takes, we are excited to have you join our team!


  • Marking, reporting, and verification of abnormal fabric and trim components

  • Conduct on-site inspections and ensure garment components meet quality standards.

  • Complete inspection summaries and analysis reports; Propose and implement effective countermeasures upon discovery of defects

  • Monitor garment production progress and enhance quality control measures

  • Assist quality control supervisor to complete other quality management system work


  • College degree or above.

  • Major in garment, textile and quality management

  • 5-10 years working experience in garment factory quality control

  • Familiarity with garment factory operations and management

  • Strong analytical, judgment, and problem solving skills. Effective on-site troubleshooting required.

  • Proactive, responsible, accountable, and hard working.

  • Effective communication skills and team player

  • Good moral character, professional, sincere, and principled.

  • Strong perseverance and ability to work under pressure

  • Must be able to travel for long periods of time for on-site inspections

  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

  • English proficiency preferred

  • Oral and written Chinese fluency

Note: This position is for garment quality control inspectors, not fabric. Please do not apply if you are not familiar with garment inspection processes and cannot travel for long periods of time.
