You will be assigned to be a part of Justin Allen’s Production Team assisting in managing regulatory compliance for global facilities, including but not limited to garment, fabric, and trim factories.  You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer compliance standards are met and that our products are produced ethically.

We are looking for someone who possesses a strong sense of responsibility with a passion for social and environmental welfare. Ability to take initiative, organization, effective communication, and negotiation skills are important requirements. You must be familiar with garment and textile factory management, Standards of Vendor Engagement (SOVE), and are willing to travel frequently.   • Assist in monitoring adherence to factory compliance regulations such as SOVE, various quality policies, and social and environmental compliance standards

  • Update and implement compliance records and customer standards 

  • Proactive monitoring of production processes to ensure ethical production 

  • Implementation of corrective action plans

  • Assist in training factories on social and environmental compliance

  • Work with factories to ensure customer audit success


  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Major in textile, garment and quality management preferred

  • At least 3 years experience in factory compliance or related fields

  • Experienced in the implementation of garment factory inspection processes including but not limited to human rights, anti-terrorism, garment quality, worker safety, environmental protection, etc.

  • Effective communication skills and team player

  • Proactive and passionate about social and environmental standards

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to travel frequently

  • CET-4 or above.  Oral and written English proficiency

  • HSK-5 or above. Oral and written Chinese proficiency
