You will be assigned to be a part of Justin Allen’s Operations Team focusing on fabric inspection, fabric quality control, on-site inspections, and other work.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible and accountable. Stress tolerance, effective communication, efficient coordination, and attention to detail are all very important skills required for this job. You must be familiar with the fashion/textile manufacturing industry, in particular fabric production and fabric inspection processes.  You also must be able to travel for long periods of time.   • Ensure fabric quality objectives are consistently achieved

  • Optimize production and administrative processes relating to fabric quality assurance

  • Conduct on-site inspections and on-site fabric defect remedy

  • Implement corrective action for the prevention of future fabric defects

  • Complete product defect/fault analysis reports and follow through with corrective action

  • Coordinate between schedules and execute on-time fabric shipments

  • Update and communicate product quality standards with relevant departments


  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • At least 5 years working experience in fabric quality control

  • Familiarity with fabric inspection standards and methods

  • Professional knowledge of fabric and fabric production

  • Strong analytical, judgment and problem solving skills. Effective on-site troubleshooting required.

  • Proactive, responsible, accountable, and values hard work

  • Effective communication skills and team player

  • Good moral character, professional, sincere, and principled.

  • Strong perseverance and ability to work under pressure

  • Must be able to travel for long periods of time for on-site inspections

  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

  • English proficiency preferred

  • Oral and written Chinese fluency

Note: This position is for fabric quality control inspectors, not garment. Please do not apply if you are not familiar with fabric inspection processes and cannot travel for long periods of time.
