Experience Vertical Textiles
Fiber to Yarn
Spinning of yarn is the most complex process in the textiles supply chain. Within our factory network, we specialize in the processing of cotton, rayon viscose, Tencel , polyester, recycled polyester, and spandex.
Tencel is a sustainable fiber where wood pulp is processed into fiber using a low toxicity solvent that is recycled in a closed-loop process. 99.5% of its chemicals are reused. Recycled polyester is derived from turning PET from recycled plastic bottles into wearable comfortable clothing.
Yarn to Fabric
For yarn to be converted into fabric, yarns can either be woven or knitted. Knit and woven fabrics each require specialized manufacturing processes that vary greatly from each other. At Justin Allen, we have the unique advantage of producing both. Avoid the complications of multi-vendor sourcing. Save time on troubleshooting fit and colour mismatches.
Source hassle-free. Justin Allen is your one stop shop for your seasonal fashion needs.
With our own facilities and network, we have the ability to produce woven fabrics such as flannel, twill, poplin, and dobby as well as knit fabrics such as jerseys, fleece, and sweater knits.
Fabric to Fashion
Once greige fabric is complete, it must go through various processing such as printing, dying, and finishing. We are capable of producing various types of printing, embroidery, and appliques. Just ask us. We are also capable of supplying gift set items such as eye masks, slippers, knitted beanies, and woolly socks along with your favorite fashion garments.
With a finished fabric, the fabric will then be cut and sewn into their designs and shipped on-time to our overseas partners. Our facilities can provide you with multi-origin country of production. Partners have a choice of utilizing Justin Allen facilities in China, Cambodia, or Vietnam.
Fashion Technology
Laser Cutting
Our Henan facility houses laser cutting capabilities for those who wish to opt for an alternative seam finishing.
3D Sampling & Virtual Prototyping
When it comes to sustainable fashion and reducing carbon footprint, we firmly believe in the power of virtual sampling to eliminate excessive fabric waste. Our team is capable of creating 3D digital samples with precision. From product development, fitting, to bulk production and consumption, 3D sampling allows us to:
+ Improve fit and pattern accuracy
+ Eliminate lengthy communications among multiple fit samples
+ Accelerate collection and tech pack development
+ Accelerate production fit approval
+ Reduce material waste that end up unused in landfills
Henan, China
Situated on over 225 acres of land in the industrial cluster of Yanling County, Henan Kaiyu Spinning, Weaving, & Apparels Ltd. has wholly-owned vertical integration capabilities. This allows us to deliver your products with agility, value, exceptional product quality, and operational excellence. From weaving to finished garments, we are always looking for ways to streamline and optimise processes to maximise operational efficiency and value.
Our main quarters include spacious offices, a clean canteen, as well as an in-house hotel for our visitors. For our workers, we provide full meals, recreational facilities, and clean dormitories.
Plans are under way to build a yarn spinning mill to add to our vertical operation.
Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Since 2006, we have outsourced garment manufacturing in Cambodia. In 2011, Jie Wei Cambodia was established in Phnom Penh to accommodate capacity growth as well as multi-country sourcing diversification. With over 8 years of garment cut and sewing operations, our facility is operationally efficient in men and women's sleep and lounge, and fast fashion.
Jie Wei Cambodia supports our workers by providing facilities such as canteens, dorms, and even regular intramural soccer team matches.
Hue, Vietnam
Since 2015, we have returned to strengthen our presence in Vietnam. We have three outsourced garment production facilities located in central Vietnam. Fully stacked with certifications such as the BSI ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Vietnam offers an excellent hub for technical know-how and speedy production on sleep and loungewear and ready-to-wear items.
Expected by 2020, we will complete our own garment factory in Hue, with another extended operational office in Ho Chi Minh City with sourcing, merchandising, and quality control functions. Our partners can enjoy the advantage of localised communication and efficiency, and the flexibility of multi-country production.
